Details

AI Literacy: The Impact and Ethics of Generative AI introduces you to one of the most important technologies shaping college, work, and everyday life. In this workshop, we'll will explore how generative AI can support learning, creativity, and problem-solving while also raising serious questions about accuracy, algorithmic bias, environmental impact, attribution, privacy, and the use of large bodies of knowledge without explicit permission. The session will help you think beyond “Can I use AI?” to “How can I use AI responsibly?” You'll leave with practical guidance on using generative AI thoughtfully and wisely as a tool that supports learning without replacing your own judgment, curiosity, or voice.
