Join us for Yoga offered Tuesdays/Thursday from 5pm-6pm in the group fitness room at the Fitness Center. This class helps you build strength, flexibility and relaxation of the mind and soul. Classes are open to students, faculty and staff! We encourage you to bring your own mat if you have one and bring a friend!
