Find your balance and boost your energy with Yoga sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from 5–6 PM at the Group Exercise Room at the Fitness Center. Designed for all experience levels, this hour-long class blends movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and strengthen both body and mind. Whether you're looking to reset after a long day of classes or simply want a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself, yoga is your perfect midweek escape. Limited equipment available.
No experience necessary — just bring a mat and an open mind. See you on the mat!
