Enhance your core, improve posture, and build long, lean muscles with Pilates every Tuesday and Thursday from 4–5 PM at the Fitness Center. This energizing class focuses on controlled movement, breathing, and alignment to help you feel stronger, more centered, and ready to take on your week. Whether you're new to Pilates or returning to the mat, each session is designed to meet you where you are and challenge you in all the right ways.
No experience needed — just bring a mat and a willingness to move with intention. Let’s strengthen from the inside out!
