Join fellow students, faculty and staff on Thursday, September 24, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. on the West Lawn for a special Founders Day celebration marking the close of Flagler Forward, the College’s first-ever capital campaign.
Enjoy lunch, sweet treats, live music by Pocket Knife Dance Party, activities and giveaways as we come together to celebrate Flagler’s past, the incredible impact of Flagler Forward, and all that lies ahead.
Each year, Founders Day gives our campus community an opportunity to honor the visionaries who established our institution and laid the foundation for the College we know today. Traditionally celebrated on the anniversary of Flagler College’s first day of classes in 1968, Founders Day is a time to reflect on where we began and celebrate where we are headed.
This year’s celebration is especially meaningful. Together, the Flagler community has elevated the people, places and programs that make Flagler exceptional through Flagler Forward, helping build a stronger College for generations to come.
At 12:50 P.M., gather with us for a special moment as President John A. Delaney shares the incredible impact of Flagler Forward and what this milestone means for the future of Flagler College. You won’t want to miss it!
