Welcome to the Flagler Family! Thank you for your interest in becoming a Saints Alliance Peer Mentor with the Office of Campus Excellence & Engagement!

Saints Alliance is a peer mentoring program under the Office of Campus Excellence & Engagement. Saints Alliance program aims to foster a sense of community between incoming freshmen and current Flagler students. Participants get a number of benefits, including but not limited to:

Mentor/Mentee relationship opportunity with current Flagler College students
Built-in community of belonging
Development of interpersonal skills including communication & leadership
Resources on balancing academic and social life
Access to various networking and involvement opportunities

All students entering their first year at Flagler College, including first year and transfer students, are welcome to apply.
