Greg Hlibok, president of the Student Body Government during the Deaf President Now (DPN) movement, will give a presentation about the student-led protest at Gallaudet University in 1988. He will highlight the fight for a Deaf president, the discrimination they faced, and how the students' unity and activism led to the appointment of the first Deaf president for the only Deaf university in the world.
