Engage in an activity to make your very own mindfulness breathing tool. Take 10-15 minutes to stop by our table, make your breathing bead stick, and learn tips and tricks to be more mindful. Mindfulness breathing helps address stress, and anxiety by calming your mind and body.

Free STD testing in Health Services
A urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia will be sent to a lab. You will have your results in 2-3 days,
Testing lets you know if you have a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Many STIs can be treated with antibiotics. Testing can give you peace of mind, it is the only way you can know for sure if you have an STD. Students will have an opportunity to ask questions of our Flagler nurses and learn about STDs.

Free HIV Testing with St. John's County Dept. of Health. Health Services has partnered with St. John's County Dept. of Health to offer free HIV testing for all Flagler Students. We will have a table out at the Gazebo to share information and testing will be done privately in Health Services.

Focus on your physical and mental health by learning about proper nutrition and how it impacts your body. Come out to the Gazebo to learn about eating healthy and grab some free healthy snacks.

"The 5Ls: The Gift of a Balance Life", facilitates the continuous pursuit of achieving balance in 5 essential life elements. Love, Laughter, Labor, Leisure, and Leave. Alone they have a purpose - Together they have power. Come learn directly from the BEST-SELLING authors of the 5L's in a 1-hour overview experience of their book and wellness program that will give the Flagler community a high-level understanding of the 5Ls and the need for proper life balance.
A free signed copy of "The 5Ls - Gift of a Balanced Life" will be handed out to the first 50 students who stop by their table at the Wellness Fair on Tuesday.

Come check out Flagler's first-ever Wellness Week Wellness Fair. At the wellness fair, you will have the opportunity to learn about your wellness resources in the local community as well as on campus. Vendors will host tables, hand out food or snack, and there will be giveaways. Yes, free stuff!!!!

To kick off Wellness Week 2023 and join Health and Wellness by making kindness stones. Kindness/grounding stones are a tool to practice mindfulness in a tangible way. Sometimes theyÔÇÖre called worry stones, anxiety stones, or healing rocks. They're often used to help with high anxiety, panic, or PTSD.

Participate in the Wellness Week Wellness Challenge this week by stopping by our table to get your Wellness Week Challenge Card. Complete two or three of the activities per day for the entire week, you will not only improve your health and wellness, and start some good healthy habits but you can spin the wellness prize wheel at the end of the week.

Mental wellness is so important in our lives right now. Please be intentional about your mental wellness ÔÇô consider what areas are going well and what needs some attention. Decide what you can do to build on the things that are working well, and look at options for improving the things that arenÔÇÖt going well. Use your resources and ask for help. We can all improve our lives by focusing on our mental wellness ÔÇô talk about it, think about it, and then take action.

Fuel your environmental wellness side with a beautiful and rewarding experience. Join the Flagler Surf Team as they lead a beach clean-up at St. Augustine Beach. The team will meet folks at the Pier starting at 2:00 PM.

Gen Z Mental Health: Climate Stories is a short documentary that explores the mental health impacts of the climate crisis on young adults worldwide, and considers what resilience means when fighting for the right to a livable planet. The film captures the emotions of a generation that may be frightened but is anything but hopeless, saving room for stories of love, community connections, and healing.
