Mission
Community-Integrative Education (CIE) provides opportunities for Flagler College students to engage in a variety of high-impact learning experiences and to integrate the meaning of these experiences into their intellectual and personal development. CIE is a purposeful, directed, and intensively-focused opportunity that allows everyone involved to work in collaboration to identify issues, problems, causes, and solutions for the greater good. CIE allows students to put into practice the skills and theories they have learned during their coursework in order to apply that knowledge in the community-at-large. In that regard, CIE involves experiential learning, which is the process of learning from experience, or "learning by doing." It focuses on an individual's learning journey, alongside community experience, under the direction of an instructor. It occurs when connections are made between student experience in the community as a strategy to integrate student intellectual and psychosocial learning outcomes.

1) apply knowledge in the community to perform meaningful activities,
2) intellectually engage through reflection,
3) communicate and collaborate with others, and
4) use an understanding of diversity and cultural differences, to civically engage with the community.

In every deliberation of the Committee, primary consideration will be given to supporting the Flagler College Strategic Plan.

The Department of Health and Wellness is comprised of Health Services, Counseling Services, Campus Assessment, Referral and Evaluation (CARE) Team, Case Management, and Community Outreach and Education. We embody a collaborative vision of holistic wellness that addresses the needs of a diverse student population through the provision of services that address and support the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social needs of students. This begins with an integrative approach that supports the awareness and knowledge of the role health and wellness plays in the success of students and the rise in demand for these services on campus.

The Flagler College Pep Band & Drumline is a one-credit hour course open to all students. The band and drumline play at all home basketball games, and other events on campus.

Being a part of the Pep Band & Drumline allows students to pursue their interest making music, meeting new friends, and supporting Flagler's outstanding Athletic Department. By enrolling in this course students earn college credit that counts toward the music minor. Uniforms, backpacks, and instruments are provided, and scholarships are available!

To provide an opportunity for the members to increase

through entrepreneurial action. Our mission is to empower our
