Mission
The mission of the Iota Lambda Chapter of Alpha Sigma Alpha is to elevate the influence of women across the world by fostering close friendship among members.

Membership Benefits
Membership in Alpha Sigma Alpha is a lifetime commitment. Our members are offered many financial scholarships though the Alpha Sigma Alpha foundation. Our members are offered the opportunity to attend national events where they are able to network with other sisters and alumnae of the sorority. Members have the opportunity to serve as an employee or volunteer once they become an alumnae member of Alpha Sigma Alpha. Additionally, members are able to join local alumnae chapters of Alpha Sigma Alpha once they have graduated from Flagler College.

At Lambda Chi Alpha, we embrace men regardless of background and differences and empower them to become a better version of themselves by finding their reason for being. From day one, members are treated as equals and fully experience Lambda Chi Alpha and learn what it means to lead with loyalty and purpose. We believe that sacrifices borne from service build character and strength in the men who bear them

We provide leadership opportunities and experience as well as providing a platform for developing skills in a variety of settings. We also provide members with access to a vast alumni base that can further help them develop their career goals. Along with these benefits, we also actively engage in philanthropy efforts around the community to help promote well being and give back to the community around us.

Our mission is to provide service to the community, Flagler College and Phi Alpha Omega.

Membership Benefits
Phi Alpha Omega is a women's community service group on campus allowing its members to not only be apart of a sisterhood at Flagler but also be able to volunteer around campus and in the St. Augustine community.
